Precautions for use
Essential Oils must always be diluted before being used on the skin. When you use an essential oil for the first time, it is recommended to make a cutaneous test (in the fold of the elbow for example) 1 or 2 days before applying it to the whole body. Do not use essential oils on the children or pregnant or breast-feeding women without medical advice. In case of doubt, always ask advice from a doctor or a pharmacist before use.
